Temporary halt to progress......

Lots of walking in France on holidays, around Cholet, Puy du Fou and Nantes. Unfortunately on 23rd July I had the phone call I had been dreading - my lovely Dad had died after his 10-year battle with Alzheimer's disease. Since coming back home, supporting the family and planning the funeral took priority and so walking has taken a bit of a back seat.

I have managed a few shorter walks and, adding my mileage from France, I have now walked 531 miles so far.

Still some way to go.............
